This is one of my favorite polishes I have worn in a long time. This entire Zoya collection makes me happy. Meet Rebel she is a feisty frosty shimmering pastel blue polish.
It reminds me of the movie Frozen. It is suitable for any ice princess. This manicure is two coats with a clear base and top coat.
