If you have read some of my older posts, you may know by now that every It Cosmetic product I have ever tried – I have loved.
Each and every product has found its way into my daily, kind-of/really would not be able to function or feel normal without it in my routine.
With that being said I recently had the opportunity to try out: It Cosmetics Anti-Aging Shadow Trio & “No Tug” Shadow Brush
First, some product eye candy. You can click on the photo to enlarge.
Now for the product review…
From the brand: What is it: An anti-aging powerhouse combo! Luxe High Performance Antiaging eye shadow trio is all about intense pigment, in a naturally pretty look. It’s packed with skin-loving ingredients such as hydrolyzed collagen; acai; green tea; and vitamins A, C, and E; and is free of ingredients that make eyes appear older. The Dual No-tug Heavenly Luxe eye shadow brush gives you airbrushed eye shadow application without tugging on your delicate eyelids.
Pretty in Amber: Nude Silk, a soft beige shimmer; Lucky Penny, a brightening amber pearl; Venus Love, a pearl coppery rust
From beauty besties: Since I am not super scientific I cannot literally prove it is anti-aging. But I do a sufficient amount of research and know that all of the ingredients are noted to be good for you by credible resources. The pigmentation is very nice and this particular palette is warm and pretty. The most shocking pigment was the brightening pearl – it is probably the nicest “white” shadow I have ever used. Not overly shimmery/sparkly and not super matte so it doesn’t look like I used a crayon on my eyes. The brush is hands down THE softest brush I have ever used on my eyes. I absolutely love it. The price is a descent one, especially since you are getting a high quality cosmetic and high quality tool all for $29 (Thanks, QVC!)
My first wish was, “gosh I hope they make a bazillion palette choices.” Then I checked. While there is not actually a bazillion, there are five options. Mostly neutrals. The one that stands out to me most is the Pretty in Plum or Pretty in Smoke if I had to choose one more besides the one I have now. It’s a toss up. They all appear they would be flattering on all skin tones.
If you haven’t read my other It Cosmetic posts – here is what I have tried and loved: Brow Power Lift, Brow Power Universal Eyebrow Pencil, Bye Bye Pores, and Bye Bye Undereye. All of these products I have literally recommended not only on my blog but in person to people who ask my what I use in my every day life.
