Celebrate anything and everything @DisneyParks

I think the cat is out of the bag, here beauties.  It is no secret I am a HUGE Disney-maniac.  With my hidden Mickey tattoo and season pass I am ready to celebrate anything and everything at our Disneyland and California Adventure parks.

Recently I had the honor of spending my Mother’s Day at the park which was positively perfect.  They had tables with cast members and carnations lined up inside of the main gates of both parks.  My son got to pick and pin a yellow carnation on me and I couldn’t have been happier.  Various cast members throughout the park wished me and the other mother’s visiting that day – a Happy Mother’s Day wherever we walked.

You may have noticed on your last Disney park visit that if individuals are wearing specific hats or buttons that they will also receive a special wish from cast members – such as a happy birthday or happy anniversary.  I think it is a special touch.

Disney celebrate

I’m working on planning for our five year wedding anniversary.  What a thrill!

Above is a cute collage I put together of fabulous Disney inspired items that represent the love I have for my amazing husband.  The plan is to get those adorable buttons that say Happy Anniversary and wear them through the park so we have a little takeaway of our special day.  But there is SO MUCH MORE you can do to celebrate with Disney.

I just found this awesome link on the Disney Parks website.  On this link you can see everything from celebratory mouse ears, cakes, dining plans, guest rooms, custom clothing, and more.  I think my favorite is the Honeymoon Registry.  I wish I had known about this when we got married!  It is amazing how you can literally put together a registry of all things Disney.  Some of the things you may have only dreamed about can become a reality because of your friends and family being able to contribute to making those Disney dreams come true.  If I only knew then what I knew now…

I tried it out to make a quick registry and it is to die for.  Check out what I put together.

You also have an option to build your own wedding website and send out e-cards to your wedding attendees.  I think we will really go all out with this for our 10 year anniversary!

What do you do that is special to celebrate?  I would love to hear!

xo Michelle
